    “Carbs make you fat” is BS. How can rice and bread make you fat? A myth
    American “bodybuilders” like to praise. It’s the fried foods, cream filled
    dairy products, cheese and saturated meats that make them fat!

    And Asians are not really skinny in my opinion. They are in the middle of
    the spectrum and tend to stay there, their whole lives. While White people
    either praise anorexic models or become obese and all flabby. Many of them
    fluctuate and cannot maintain their weight.

    Very true that your family, friends, and even neighbors will always tell
    you that you are fat and you need to lose weight. It happens to me a lot.
    I’m 5′ 5 and 125 lbs. When the first time I heard someone call me skinny
    in the US, I was like “who? me?”

    Yes it’s important to be skinny to do exercise because been fat means not
    been healthy and we have to try to eat each time more healthy this may take
    sometime but everything is possible with alot of effort our eating habits
    sometimes are not nutritious at all and in our cultures we sometimes have
    alot of highfat foods with alot of carbs and very little nutrients and fry
    foods which tend to turn in too fat in our bodies is challenging sometimes
    our portions are big and we don’t do exercise that’s why

    Dude you should check out durianrider that guy did a video a day for thirty
    days eating a bunch of carbs mostly fruit he must have averaged around 4000
    calories a day for 30 days and he is still skinny

    sincere wise and true I have learn alot from your culture I’m Hispanic and
    in our culture sometimes they do that with us young ones the older
    generations even among friends they do that too in Mexican culture
    specially in Mexican families there’s that pressure to keep your weight
    balance and skinny looking not as much as Asian cultures but it does happen
    I have seen and lived it

    omg i wish Indians were like that >.< i'm indian and aunties never seem to be satisfied with my weight. i'm either too fat or too skinny for them, never perfect -_- and LOL indian people only seem to care about their weight till they get married. then they just let themselves go and become fat 😛

    well I can’t speak from experience and i’m not a dermatologist but you
    could try cucumbers under the eyes (not sure if that works or not). i’ve
    also heard about putting a cold spoon on them as well as cold tea bags for
    10-15 min at a time. see if that helps.

    hey sanitary103, i have a question :P. im trying to lose weight, and ive
    been doing cardio exercise with some crunches, leglifts, pushups etc. so i
    get pretty weary after 1 hour of all that. after that i eat an apple,
    couple of wheat cookies, and a sandwich. is this right? i cant afford those
    meals you do at the moment.

    honestly, I think a lot of the older generation Asians are pretty oblivious
    to healthy eating. they simply feed their kids what they grew up eating as
    a culture. it isn’t until they see obvious weight gain from their child
    that they take action and tell them to eat less.

    everything in moderation should be fine. just stick to wholesome foods as
    possible, watch portions and exercise and you’ll be in good shape. use
    measurements and the mirror to gauge your progress.

    Hi musclemonster. I’m very skinny (no muscles at all like in your first
    photo or less) but i have some fat on the belly and under the skin, didnt
    see a single abs square in my whole life. I did diet + gym for a year but
    didnt have desired results (from 57kg to 64kg but 12-13% bodyfat, not even
    achieved 60kg benchpress 5×5). a very hard hardgainer but also with some
    fat here and there. How should i train and diet?

    Is the magic formula for advertising saying “Go Google It!” Just because it
