    I have a question that won’t get answered but just in case it does. I
    can’t do lunges, I can’t run. What can I do to replace lunges and squats.
    My knees are in very bad condition and I was told by a sports doctor. I
    can replace the running although I am very upset about it.

      walking. and Aqua aerobics the water will help take the pain off your joints, do wall squats instead too
