Green Smoothies Help Lose Weight Fast!


  • about 1/2 c frozen mango
  • about 1/2 c frozen peach
  • 1 cup spinach
  • about 1 c owalda orange juice
  • optional: 1/4 c quaker oats
  • optional: 1/4 c crushed ice

Blend for about 1-2 minutes . Make sure the spinach is fully blended!!! then add ice. I didn’t use oats this time but i love using oats in them, especially if taking in your lunch box for a later meal..the oats act as a binder and keep it from separating.
