How can I lose weight quickly and safely?

Question:
I am 5’7 and I weigh 143. I am 13. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I don’t want any answers that say I should accept myself for who I am and not worry about it. I also don’t want any sarcastic answers please.

Your weight is fine for your age! You can’t tell other people how to give you advice. Be happy with who you are.

    A safe way to loose weight is to walk, believe it or not if you do at least 30 min a day of walking you could tone your body, you don’t need to loose any… you just need to tone yourself. To prevent any additional weight gain, than eat potiens like chicken, turkey, and seafood. And don’t forget your veggies & fruit.

    Um, losing 10 to 15 pounds can take like a month or more..
    You don’t really need to diet or anything as long as you excersize, stop eating junk food, and eat smaller portions.

    .. Or you can start fasting, which is a diet of only liquids like water and gross juices made with a mix of nasty vegetables.

    honestly: cut out all junk food for a month (its actually not as hard as it sounds, this coming from a girl who cant live without sugar, but did) and drink lots of water.

    in terms of exercise: you could join a gym, or simply do more things around the house, do stuff in the garden, walk your dog, take more initiative. you’d be surprised how many calories you burn.
