    btw – don’t try to lose weight fast – you’ll just stack it on again. Think medium-long term health. Like, by this time next year you’re going to be toned. Don’t try to work miracles in the next 3 weeks or whatever. Good luck!

    The stuff I’m about to tell you isn’t healthy and probably not recommended.

    Every single night I do 30 star jumps, 30 high knees, 5 burpes, 10 situps and 10 pushups.

    So if I want to lose weight extremely fast I will only eat liquids, no solid stuff and I wont eat until its nighttime, so I will skip breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. So one meal a day (eg. a smoothie). But I will drink lots of water throughout the day (1-2 litres). And I will repeat my exercise resume several times. So I do this if I want to lose weight for an event within a couple of days.

    But if you want to lose weight properly, then yeah do lots of exercise(burn more calories than what you eat) and don’t eat anything fatty or sugary. With the no fat and sugar thing, try doing it for one week and have one binge day. As time goes by you get stronger at saying no to unhealthy foods. You need to recondition yourself and before you know it, it will feel weird to eat a cinnamon covered doughnut because you have reconditioned yourself

    Also when you eat you need to remember your weight and remember your goal and remember what your trying to achieve. (Im working on this atm) Think If I eat this meat pie and deep fried chips, then this is going to set me back in what I want to achieve. The only thing Im going to get out of eating this is more fat on my waist and hips. Im not going to get anything positive out of this

    You really should try to continuously eat healthy. I know you said that you find it difficult being with your friends, however, to stop yourself from eating fatty foods you could always prepare your meals for the day when you wake up, this way you know what you will have to eat throughout the day and can help you to stop over eating. You could also count your calories if you want.  To lose weight you need to burn more calories exercising than what you eat, therefore counting your calories is a good way to keep try. You can download free apps such as MyFitnessApp which is a great app to do this. An elliptical machine is a great way to lose weight. You should certainly not stop eating as this is bad for your health. If you continue to eat a balanced diet and exercise at least 5 times a week you will begin to see a difference! 🙂

    I think that whatever you decide to do…it should be long term…forever!!! Just because your friends are always eating junk food..It doesn’t mean you should be eating it too..another thing is that don’t feel like you need to deprive yourself from food because you’re afraid of getting bigger…NO NO NO…you can eat whatever but in proportion and know that you shouldn’t be eating pizza, French fries, or cheese burgers EEEEEVVVVVVRRRYYYDDAAYYY….that’s a big no no….and last but not least you definitely need to work out…people think working out is so boring and blah blah blah…well the truth is that the entertainment during a workout depends on you….you need to do something that makes you lose weight, sweat, see progress and have fun at the same time….I workout at least 340 days in a year ever since I was 13..and am not tired or board….because I make sure my mind is motivated first before…my feet could do the work…GOOD LUCK!!
