Lose that Baby Weight!

FACT:
A woman will gain weight when pregnant.

FACT:
It is completely normal to fret about the way you’ll lose the burden following the start of your baby.

First, let me start my saying that my weight has NOT been my primary focus throughout this time. My focus is a hundred% on my son and my husband and celebrating these treasured days as a brand new household.   • I eat TONS of greens and protein.
  • You get one “cheat day” every week. This means each Saturday you can find me indulging in my each culinary need (waffles, milkshakes, extra waffles…)

  • Take a long stroll every single day
  • I haven’t been cleared for train but, so I bask in very long walks exterior. Usually at least O miles. Cooper loves them, Palmer enjoys the train and I soak within the recent air (helps to wake me up!)
  • Drinking tons of water
  • Breastfeeding
  • I am utilizing a Belly Bandit

So I have lower than 15 lbs to go to get again to my beginning weight. But I am already feeling extra like myself…to not point out that it’s a WONDERFUL feeling to suit into your outdated garments once more after so many months away!
