Lose Weight?

So, I have nearly a month to lose a minimum of 30 lbs. I am pretty sure I can do it, however can anybody inform me the most effective, best, and healthiest solution to do it? The extra I lose the higher. I’m not anticipating miracles, however I’m asking for recommendation.

Great recommendation everybody. Now what do you all take into consideration tablets that help in fat butt loss. Any success tales?

  • First of all eat much less.
  • Eat wholesome meals with much less energy.
  • Do not eat at night time .
  • Exercises day by day .

    when ppl say diet and exercise, they’re not kidding.

    if you do one without the other, you are wasting your time.

    move more, eat less.

    that’s all there is too it. no it’s not that easy. but that is the only way. just watch what u eat, eat sensible, no junk food! and just move more, even if it’s just parking your car further a way, or taking stairs instead of elevator..it all ads up.

    Exercise – LOTS of walking if you can’t work out, and cut back on the food portions. And, eat balanced food pyramid items, so that they help you metabolize the food better – to keep the fat-burning furnace at it’s optimum. Also, stay hydrated, to keep your body feeling top-notch. Eat your evening meal no later than 2 hours before bedtime. I ran into Richard Simmons, who was having trouble losing his last ten pounds, and his nutritionist suggested that he stop drinking diet soda – the chemicals keep the weight on. He did it, and the pounds melted away. Carry snacks like cut-up fruit, or nuts in order to avoid junk food snacking. Enjoy!

    The best way to lose weight fast is to pair a change in diet with at least 30 min/day, 5 days a week of cardio exercise (any exercise that steadily gets your heart rate up). I got sick of having gained so much weight after high school that one day I decided to start exercising: I just grabbed some really light weights (1-2) and jogged around the neighborhood for 2 miles a day. It’s best to just play around with different types of exercises, like yoga, running, power walking, elliptical, aerobics..etc and find out which one you like the best. If you don’t like the exercise you do, chances are you won’t be able to keep it up. Mine’s the elliptical. I love reading a great book or watching a good TV show while I use it – time flies that way and therefore, I’m able to do 4 miles a day, 5 days a week. That’s how I lose 20 pounds in 3 months (10 the first month).

    As for your diet, start counting calories. I’ve been doing it for so long that I don’t even need to look at the nutrition facts anymore to count (unless I try something new). Over time, you start memorizing it so you can tell yourself no without having to look at that tempting food packaging. Through that, I learned that if you love to eat, just eat yummy fruits and salads instead, and no matter how much you want to buy it at the grocery store, don’t even bother buying those pot pies, chips, and sodas. If you don’t have them at home, you won’t think of them anyway.

    Go to this site to check your current BMI. This will help you set a healthy goal for your weight determined by your build and height.

    Also, get used to drinking water the second you get up and before every single meal you eat. Studies have shown (Women’s Health Magazine) that drinking 17 oz of water 30 minutes before eating increases your metabolism by 30%!! How easy is that? Plus, it makes you feel more full so you won’t eat as much by drinking water before you eat.

  • Red Racoon’s reply was pretty legit. I started clean eating and added two more days to my two day workout week…so basically I clean eat and work out 4 days a week for 30 mins to an hour. I also eat 5 times daily: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack & dinner. I try not to eat after 7pm and if I do…it’s a smoothie.
