    Any walking and exercising is great for loosing weight and your overall health. Yogurt, fruits, veggies, anything with low calories and sugar is good to eat. Cut out soda, drink mainly water, juices, not from concentrate! V8 are Fuze are good choices. I lost 10 pounds my first week doing nothing but eating healthier and fast paced walking and hour or so a day. I eat the lunchables a lot for snacks or lunch, like with the meat, cheese and crackers.
