SKINNY GIRL DIET DAY One!(:

I’m at present on day 1 of an 18 day “Nothing however juice” quick. The objective of this video is to provide you guys a primary hand take a look at what it is like, I’m going to be updating on how I really feel and what I’m Juicing/ Drinking in addition to different data from my perspective.

Obviously I am not a health care provider nor do I know your well being standing, I am not advising you to do that, I’m simply giving info from me doing it.

    you are not fat 🙂 some time ago i also started sgd,,but after 2 weeks i
    had to say enough,,not becouse im lazy, its becouse its really unhealthy,,i
    felt bad like a sick,,i couldnt get up from my bed,,well but if it makes u
    more happy,,, 🙂

    size zero diet doesnt have a set number of days as it is the same every
    day, with only 2 rules- Exercise for 2+ hours, and eat 500 (or less)
    calories per day. Hope this helped! How are things going currently for you
    and your weightloss? 🙂 x

    I’m thinking of becoming a vegetation but i have low sugar diabetes and
    that is if i don’t eat enough sugar in the day i pass out can i still
    become a become a vegetation ?

    I don’t wanna go vegetarian, so I think just eating 300 calories a day is
    the best thing to go with !!! 🙂

    I am a pescetarian, I don’t have dairy products or gluten because I believe
    it’s healthier for me not to. But you can easily go to your local health
    food store or butcher and find locally bred meats, or at least meats free
    of antibiotics and hormones. You’re probably eating fish farm raised in
    vietnam! Being healthy is important, but you don’t need to be such a
    preacher about it. Humans are naturally omnivorous, you don’t NEED to stop
    eating meat to be healthy, you should know as a pesce lol.

    I am a pesco vegetarian too. But I eat mostly vegan foods. 🙂 Glad to see

    Thank you for the tips. I’m trying to lose weight so bad. I lost 40 lbs
    using roca labs formula but still has more lbs to lose. I’m doing it slowly
    and in a healthy way.

    You are 3 years younger than me. I am not 30. You however need to stop
    spending so much time on your back because it has aged you incredibly. You
    look nowhere near 22 and more like 32. The caked on foundation and double
    chin isn’t helping either. And is that thing on the top of your head a
    forehead or another planet? It is huge! I have an entire vegan community
    that gives a shit that I am a true vegan thank you. Now go take a bath you
    filthy skank!

    asda do green tea under a pound or tesco’s a healthfood shop will charge
    much more but they are all the same…spices make you metabolic system go
    faster for a few hours after eating…also herbs make you body feel full
    quicker …

    There’s actually a lot of evidence that eating low fat dairy helps the body
    rid itself of fat…the bbc one had a special on called “10 things you need
    to know about losing weight”, and there was a major research study that
    proves low fat dairy helps the body excrete more fat- so eating low fat
    dairy is very good for weight loss!

    Well, I’m pescitarian just because I never really liked the taste of meat
    anyways so I just stopped eating it, not because of animal cruelty. I don’t
    really mind fish and I’ll eat it every once in a while.
