    Brown eggs do not come from dark feathered chickens, they come from
    chickens with red ear lobes. They CAN be dark feathered, but they don’t
    have to be. Chickens that lay white eggs have white ear lobes and chickens
    that lay blue eggs have blue ear lobes.´╗┐

    Rebekah, what a great job your doing. A friend of mine told me about
    Bexlife and I love how your helping people. The food thing, yes. A highly
    varied natural foods diet with protein coming from many different sources.
    Last count for me eating a diversified plant based diet was around 48
    plants, eaten like you said, in their raw and natural state. Again, great

    Its bread made from sprouted wheat and lentils instead of refined wheat.
    The recipe is actually in the book of Ezekiel in the Biblem hence the name,
    Its the only bread I’ve eaten for the last few months and I can’t live
    without it. It tastes best when you toast it.

    Hmmm, I kind of love bread ­čśÇ … have you ever tried Ezekiel breads?
    They’re so good! When I do have bread, I only have a slice. A whole 2-slice
    sandwich blows my belly up like a balloon!

    im 14 but i know it’s not that much better than like normal sweets but a
    small bit of frozen yogurt or just replace it with a fruit or pure fruit
    juice. im not expert but this is what i do ­čÖé

    I am pear shape girl who never really been slim like I desire. I really
    want to be slim to feel and look better. Dude trying to help. Thanks for
    the tips. Also I realize if I am skinny and my husband is taller and bigger
    and my features are sharp or not really distinguished my kids will look
    more like him and be slim if we are slim that’s even better cause my kid

    actually… everything he said is true…like some of you pointed out: yes,
    nuts have fat but the good kind! and NO eggs don’t have only 2 calories, a
    hard-boiled egg has 75 calories, and remember it’s not only about counting
    calories, it’s about what’s in it! if that’s the case why won’t you just
    eat one mcdonalds meal every day and lose weight? (which is almost a 1000
    calories) because it’s full of fat that’ll go straight to your hips! LISTEN
    TO THIS GUY.. what he says is completely true… all the foods he mentioned

    So… If an adult eats 200 cals under as their average is1700, should I eat
    800 as the average for my age is 1200? I’m only thirteen but I need to
    loose some weight D: I think I weight like 85 pounds ( give or take one or
    two, the conversion is a bit off as a kilo is two and a bit pounds, not
    two.)

    how about.. eat as much food as you want. but dont eat junk food. then
    start lifting weights and doing a bit of cardio. thats something you can
    maintain for a lifetime. you dont need to diet. and dont worry about
    weight. look at ur bodyfat instead. and never let urself get hungry. if you
    feel hungry ur body is eating ur muscle tissue and making u flabby.
    exercise… dont listen to this jackass and starve urself and eat shitty
    food.
